If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
The product must be returned in its original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
For customers located outside the European Union, returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Products returned without a valid defect, damage, or shipping error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Original standard shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any additional shipping costs resulting from selecting a premium delivery option are not refundable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
Your order number;
A description of the issue; and
Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
In such cases, you may be entitled to:
A replacement product;
A repair (where applicable); or
A full or partial refund.
We may require the product to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. Lost shipments are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Returned products may need to be shipped to our designated return facility. Depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier used, international return shipments may take several weeks to arrive.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, a return handling and shipping fee of USD 15 will be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service whenever possible.
